Here is the schedule and the Flier for the National Championships in February.

May I humbly suggest you make 2 changes before going to print.

1. have a definite starting time ( not 9:00 or 9:30 )

2. eliminate the part about "real" billiards ( the implication is that other billiard games are not real )

I will talk to the person who gave me the fliers, I personally have no control over how it was written, but I see you point and it is a very good one.

Thanks

Craig [Manwon] Thank for posting Flyer to the Tournament and Doing your part as A Billiard Room Owner to Promote 3C in your area.

The question the other USBA members should of ask. Does your Room have any 3C Tables or 3C players. As a Cue Repairman: Are you set up to repair Carom Cue?

Again Thank Craig!!!!

I have a 1945 Brunswick Carom Table set up, with new rubber, and Brunswick 300 Rapid. In addition, I can also do Carom Cue repairs during the tournament or anytime.

Thanks for understanding my intent for posting the flier, all I was trying to do was put the information out there. But, I understand the frustration of the other posters, I should have read the flier more closely before posting it as it is.

Take Care, and thnaks for your comments.

USBA Nationals flier

I'm Tom Hofstedt, pool & billiards player, and volunteer to aid in promotion of our hosting the Nationals at the Tacoma Elks. I regret my "tongue in cheek" use of the term "real" billiards in the posted flier publicizing the event in Tacoma. I certainly meant no disrespect to any player of the cue sports. I personally haven't decided whether I like pool or billiards more...I play both games. The revisions to the flier: Play starts at 9:30 AM. ; ANYONE INTERESTED IN POOL WILL BE AMAZED AT THE CUE ARTISTRY OF CAROM BILLIARDS. If I haven't received more negative feedback, I'l send the corrections to all who have received the earlier edition.

Welcome to AZ Fourm Tom Hofstedt! Are you still building Cue Tom, Huf Cue[Sp] and doing Caricature drawings. And no, you don't know me. But you did auction your cue on ebay.
