USBTC Stream Updates 2-27-14

how many more matches does shane needs to make it into the finals?

I believe 2 more(according to the brackets on ctsondeman.com) and then someone has to double dip him in the finals if they want to win. Hard task if you ask me, considering the way he's playing right now.

Shane is a monster for sure and congrats are an order, its just so hard to listen to Ken be so biased and one sided with the giant man crush he has on Shane during all his commentary. IMO

I'm inclined to agree. I've noticed Ken Shuman likes to talk about Shane almost every chance he gets, it's tolerable but at least give some background and hype up the other player as well, even if you don't think they have a chance.

Woodward vs. SVB begins 9ball race to Nine

Woodward vs. SVB begins.

Woodward runs out first game.

1-0 Woodward; SVB to break.

I have no audio = unhappy :( , I like hearing the balls clicking, clacking and when they hit the back of the pocket.

SVB makes a ball on break and has shot on one ball. Has to bank the 2 = success. Long table draw shot on 4 ball = back in line. SVB is out.

Tied @ 1 apiece.

Anyone else lose audio?

Woodward breaks, makes two balls and has a shot to run out. Gets to tough shot on 6 ball in side = makes it and runs out.

2-1 Woodward; SVB to break.

SVB should patent his break...as most times makes a ball and has shape on one ball in corner pocket. He runs out.

Audio back up.

Woodward breaks and has shot to run out. Score now = Tied @ 2

Skyler W. wobbles in the 4 ball and runs out.

3-1 Woodward; SVB to break next.

SVB breaks, makes a ball, with cut shot on one ball in corner. Close to scratch in side but his speed is impeccable. Makes 8 ball runs into 9 and pots it into the corner.

Both batting 1.00

3-3 ; Woodward to break.

Where are you streaming this ratnip and thanks for updates

Woodward makes two balls on break and has an out available. This kid plays pretty quick.

Shane looks serious...not like the last match. Skyler is out.

4-3 Skyler; SVB to break.

SVB breaks with success and has an open table. He's out, but still serious because he lost the lag = if they continue to break and run Skyler will be the first to reach 9 wins.

Tied @ 4; Skyler breaks.

Woodward breaks, makes a ball with shape on one ball. Makes a touchy cut shot on two ball = great shape to run out rest of rack. He's out.

5-4 Woodward; SVB to break.

SVB makes a ball with shape on one ball. He has an open table. Both players breaking same spot with same speed. Which means they are both being rewarded with successful breaks.

SVB plays short side shape on 6 ball...makes the 8 ball in side = perfect shape to shoot the 9 ball through the magic rack.

Knotted @ 5; Woodward to break.

Woodward breaks, makes a ball but has touchy cut on one ball. He wobbles it in and is funny on two ball (meaning to get shape on two ball). Looks like he'll run into 9 ball. Nope, he gets around the 9 ball, but severe cut into side.

Cue ball will run loose? He misses the entire ball = SVB ball in hand. :(

SVB gets funny on 5 ball, has to play longer shape on 6 than he desired. No worries = he's out. SVB broke his serve.

6-5 SVB; SVB to break.

SVB makes a ball and has wide open table. He runs out, again.

7-5 SVB; Woodward to break.

Woodward breaks, makes a ball BUT is hooked by 3 ball. He quickly pushes out. Shane opts to have Skyler shoot. He brushes off two ball to safe Shane.

Shane kicks (cue ball hops off the rail) one ball in. He runs long on 3 ball making it tough for position on 4 ball. Shane pounds the ball, which ricochets off the pocket points and leaves Woodward an out.

Woodward runs out.

7-6 SVB; SVB to break.

Same break with the same results for Shane. Only challenge is the 4 ball (its lined up for a combo). He plays it perfectly. Got funny on 6 ball but handles it like a pro. :) He's out.

8-6 SVB; Woodward to break.
