V Cue ? Anyone Heard Of?

PM acedonkeyace, he has one for sale and was asking same question couple months ago, not sure what he found, and post it here if its something interesting. I'm curious about the cue on ebay too

for $400 there are a lot more cues with established good reputations to bet on. I am leery of any brand that has so little information out there.
