The table you bought is now $5795.
Any updates or info on the Valley Pro Cat? Do the rails bolt to the slate, or does the slate sit down in the cabinet, like always?
The slate is oversized and the rails bolt through the slate.
That is really interesting, thanks. Valley has now addressed the biggest design fault of their table, good for them.

No, we don't have any in the PNW that I'm aware of.
Looks to be happening by the mail in my inbox. Maybe it's a deal just for past customers as it doesn't show on their website but came to my email. Looks as though it's happening to me. Still love everything you do to help us with pool tables though, so please don't take this as I'm trying to start sh__ with you, as I'm not, and enjoy reading your posts.

Call Seyberts, there's no way in hell they're shipping and set up of New Diamond tables for free!!
not only would they not make a dime selling them, they'd go in the hole and lose their ass shipping tables out to my neck of the woods, and then, WHO'S going to be setting up the tables? NOT Seyberts, so who???
You can call Seyberts if you want, I've already got a Diamond professional and could care less. Just trying to help others out. Also email definitely was from Seyberts as I checked on the header.

Never ending search for a location continues(almost had a contract on 2 places but wasn't meant to be), still haven't seen one of these tables anywhere.
I don't think I'd do it without owning the building, too many horror stories about rent doubling or worse
I am in contact with Valley on these new tables and should have more info in the near future.

Love Diamond and everything they contribute to the game of pool. But their 7' tables have always had massive issues.
Every single place I go to that has Diamond bar tables routinely has to put out of order signs on some of them from time to time with balls getting stuck. Not even to get into how springy the rails can be at times with humidity fluctuations seemingly having a greater effect on the 7' rails(guess it's different rubber? idk) for whatever reason. On top of the fact that they are way too fast in general.
No table is perfect.
When it comes to holding their value, yeah there's just about no chance the Valley can hold as well as the Diamonds do. BUT when it comes to playability and function it's not hard to keep up with Diamond there imo considering they don't seem to give a damn about their 7' offerings at all.

My home spot has 10 7' D bb's and in the 15+yrs they've had them not one ball has ever need to be 'un-stuck. they are built LIGHT yrs better than a Valley.
