I am looking into a used (great condition, new tournament blue simonis, and ball return) GC IV and am wandering what a good price might be. Comes with a sardo rack and new set of aramith super-pros. Thanks guys and gals!

A good price on that table (plus balls) is $2,000. Anything less is excellent. Assuming it's a nine footer. Even an eight foot wouldn't be much less. $2,500-3,000 is the going price on a GCIV with ball returns in excellent condition. The balls are worth an extra $100-125. If you can save the cloth, that will save you another $150-175.

$3K is a fair ballpark price for the table not including cloth, balls, delivery or set-up. As Jay said, under that is getting into good price territory. Just make sure whoever sets it up knows how to reinforce the frame properly to prevent slate sag.

Thanks folks! He is asking $2000 for it. Might try to get the price down just a hair but I thought it was pretty good already.

As for table sag, how I can I tell the guy setting it up knows what to do? What shoudl I be looking for or asking about?

By the way, the table is a 9'ter! NICE!

I'm down in Knoxville. Look like I'm about 4 hours from you.

Funny you ask. I might have a 9ft GC IV with ball return for sale in the very near future. It was used in the US Open 9-ball tourny.......last one before they switched to Diamonds. It will come with a full sized Diamond light, sardo rack and centennial balls. Where are you from?
