I am looking for a cue that has at least 3-4 vaneers, sharp points, vaneered windows, inlays and a hoppe ring. I don't recall ever seeing one and am interested in pics please. Or info on where to find one to see if its been made.

heres one we made that i think has everything that you mentioned in your post.
Now to work on a deal for that gem lol 
That cue was built in 2011. Here is another one that was built at the same time. the first one was amboyna burl, this cue is thuya burl. both cues have ivory joints, inlays, and hoppe rings.
