Varner Vs Frost, Update and help.

Ok, as some of you know I am working on the Frost vs Varner challenge. Playing 1 pocket, 14.1 and 8-ball. for more details take a look at this thread http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=279184

I am trying along with Fast Lenny to do this as a FREE stream and will be a 2 day event. I want to have at least 4k in the middle for them to win and will probably be 3k to the winner and 1k to the loser. Also looking to put this on at the beginning of August.

Since it is a free event for all to watch there is no revenue from PPV for me to be able to see a way of getting the money back that will be needed to cover the post and expenses. So I am looking to see if we can get any sponsors for this event. Fast Lenny has already said that he can put a banner ad up on the stream and if a sponsor has video ads that can also be put up on the stream. Obviously constant mentions on the stream and thanks for helping the event take place. The the banner around the actual playing arena on site. Since this is a free stream and a great match there will be ALOT of viewers for this one. I know there is alot of interest in this match and have no idea what to ask for as far as a sponsorship amount I am just trying to make it happen at this point.

Also if you have any ideas of how we can make that money up I am always ready to listen. Thanks in advance for any help or advice,

what about a 50/50 raffle prior to the match. I see many members throwing 30.00 (kamui) at a piece of chalk so why not fire 10-30 at a raffle to potentially win some cash and support a great match. It probably won't cover all expenses but it could be a start and every little but helps. just my worthless .02 :)

To all potential sponsors, this match being streamed for 2 days will draw thousands of viewers, if not tens of thousands of viewers since its free. I am able to run a video commercial if you have one or put up your banner during the stream also. Lets make this match happen. :)
