Got my Varney sneaky and j/b about a week before Christmas. I
finally got a chance to play alot with them over the past 4 or 5 days.
The j/b is probably my favorite out of all I have used .It jumps easy
although I have never been one to jump real close to another ball it
gets the ball up and over with just the best accuarcy of any jump cue
I have tried .The break is awsome ,the only time I do not make at least
one ball on an 8 ball break is when there is a user error (me) Most times
I have been making two balls on the break one time I made four .
The playing cue did take me a little while to get used to .I think its
because it came with a hard (tiger) tip on it and I had been playing with
a med (mori) .It has a great feel to it and really puts alot on the ball
I actually had to make alot less effort to shots that I used to have to
or felt like I had to force. It kinda does the work for me if you know what
I am saying but I had to get used to that .
I really am happy with what I have found in these cues and if I ever
get another cue ( I had the bug for a while) I will be calling Kevin .It was
the best pool investment I have made so far .I am no pro ,I just love
this game/sport .However I know what hits good and what hits bad and
I'm loving it !!! Thanks Kevin for all the hard work and the great set of
cues .Oh and congrats on the new addition to the family :D

Thank you sir. Glad you are pleased. Your tip is actually a Tiger Everest...more of a medium. The cue may make it feel a bit more crisp.
Welcome to the Varney family!:)
