Hi AZ

I Received a Varney Hustler in the mail today from KOINNKID and wanted to put out a little review
Specs- 18 oz
linen wrap
13.15 mm
satin finish
brass 3/8x10 bolt
black phenolic joint

Finish- this is the first cue I've had that has a satin finish, and I must say it's quite nice

Fit- pretty much flawless, clean joint face, no raised edges and the shaft fits perfectly

Hit- being used to steel jointed cues I was not sure what I was going to think, but after playing with it I was pleasantly surprised. Nice crispy hit, plenty of feedback to let you know where you are and nice medium-forward balance

Overall- I would definately recommend Kevin's cues for anyone looking for a helluva sneaky at a helluva price

I actually made this for a gentleman wanting a very traditional, old school look...even used some old school parts...hence the non Varney traditional joint pin & bumper, and even the old gray fiber ferrule. Sweet hitting cue in the end though...proves a bit its not so much the parts but how they were put together.;)
Welcome to the Varney family bigskyjake...glad you are happy!:)
