Headed to Vegas next weekend... Where's the best places to shoot?

To clarify: I'm looking for a decent place that will have great beer, good shooters, and tables that roll true..

Also... if any... Does any Bar's/pool halls have "Free pool nights?"

What's your input?! :o
 
My input is if you are going to Vegas - why would you want to hang out in a pool hall????
 
Cue Club on Sahara in the Commercial Center
Pool Sharks on Decatur, near Spring Mountain
Rum Runner for bar tables at Tropicana and Spence(?)
 
Hehe... If you love 7 foot threadbare $2 game tables with cues and racks you have to check out from the adjacent pokerroom, then EXCALIBUR is the place to be.

Was just there for the last 5 days. Didn't make it to a real poolhall, so cannot help you except for the sarcastic comment.

There was a place down in the Ghettostrip on Sahara Blvd, but cannot recall the name.
 
go to mickey,s in Henderson, the tables are nice , both gold crowns and diamond pro am,s, and it is in a much better part of town than cue club and a much nicer place than pool sharks.
Good luck getting free pool nights.

Are you talking about this coming weekend? If so, forget playing and go directly to the Rum Runner. The annual Andy Mercer Memorial tounament is being played. SVB, Oscar Dominguez, Sal Butera, Jose Parica and just about every other top player on the West Coast will be there. If you want to gamble some, I'm sure one of the players will gladly step up. The Rum Runner is located at the corner of East Tropicana and Spencer Street. Just look for the Liberace Museum. It's right across the street.
