Veneer glue or epoxy?

What is the best product to glue up veneers to each other and veneers to wood? Wood glue or epoxy? Which brand/type. Thanks

I use Wes Systems for just about everything.

I use Titebond III when I am gluing the veneers together and West when I am gluing them into the forearm.
