i haven't seen this cue,but Verl was a legend in these parts, very much a character both in gambling and cue making.anyone seeking a piece of history and a good playing cue is well advised to pick up a Horn cue.If you are expecting it to be as nice as a Ron Haley (whom he inspired and worked with in the early days) you will be disappointed.

Verls cues are similar to his cotemporaries such as George Balabusha in design and overall appearance

I don't buy on ebay or I might have interest in the other cue.

verl horn

Sorry for the invasion of the thread. I have seen adds on AZ for persons looking for a Verl Horn cue and was thinking of them not realizing that these threads are private advertisments. I was thinking that the threads were more like discussions and sharing information with AZ members.
I will mind my own business and keep information to myself.

Do not get discouraged, all opinions are welcome, but if you do have something you would like to sell, please feel free to start a thread dedicated to your topic. This way people interested in purchasing do not get confused on who the seller is. :)

thankyou again
see you online

P.S. would like to see pics of your horn cue :)

I believe the comment was more directed towards xplayhardx's comments, not your own (although close). Don't sweat it. Saying you saw another one somewhere is not nearly as bad as saying 'buy mine instead'.

And I just saw Sneaky you referred to when you said "I saw a Verl Horn sneaky pete on eBay also." It's your auction, so it is just as bad...
