Very old Palmer or Paradise OR ???? Need help please

Not sure what this is. Has the old Micarta screw-on ferrules. On one shaft, the wood is discolored by the ferrule. The other ferrule is cracking near the wood on both sides. Any help would be much appreciated.

Looks like a Palmer 1st Cat Model 9 from which the foil has been removed.

My Opinion

Retail, in excellent condition I would approximate at $900. But w/o the foil who knows, as the foil is unavailable except from a donor cue.

I have only once found an original donor foil and paid a hefty price for it.

Reduce the value a bit more if in need of a refinish or other work.

5/16 X 18 pin is a give away for Palmer. Balabushka and Paradise used 5/16 X14 pins.
