Very strange

I saw a video on BHE and was screwing around on my table this morning and tried it.

The aim is weird, the object ball should no go but it does. Really strange, I guess it works but I'm swinging without much confidence but the balls keep dropping, even with a juiced stroke

Really strange.

I found it helpful on extreme angle cuts that I needed to spin into the pocket and go around the table for shape... bhe worked a little too well and I ended up overusing it. Once the novelty wore off some I was able to use it effectively.

Bhe

There was a video on this forum but I just searched and couldn't find it.

If I can locate it I will post it

It's a means by which to apply english.

Aim to make your object ball using a center cue ball hit. Then move your back grip hand away from your body or into it - depending upon whether you want inside or outside english. This will alter where your tip hits the cue ball.

This pivoting does a great job of compensating for deflection and swerve.
I find it especially helpful on inside english. After a little practice you will come down on the shot already in a "pivoted" position - it will become automatic.

I my self get down on my shot with one tip left right up down sideways byways all ways. I can get down two tips away from center and execute my shot without any issues is this what called FHE (front Hand English ) ?

It's probably a mix of BHE and FHE. No less "strange" than any other english method. If you were able to see the line of your cue, you would see that it is not pointing at your aim point on many shots (more or less depending on deflection of the shaft), it is just not as obvious when you are over the cue as it is with straight BHE. I read somewhere (perhaps Dr. Dave's paper on methods of applying english) that most pros use a mix of BHE and FHE.

I tell you what i probally do Use BHE alot but i just don't realize that im using it. I agree with what you are saying i think its time to break out the Video recorder. I think i just have to figure out what angle to record.

Directly overhead would probably be the most interesting if you could situate a camera that way.

Best of luck,
