VF updates

Hey folks, thanks to Eydie for letting me use her laptop.... I'm in the pro arena right now & will be posting live updates here.

Currently Joe Tucker is playing a guy whose first name escapes me but his last name is Demet & I believe he said that he's from WI. The format is two races to five. Demet won the 1st set & the 2nd set is at 4-3 in Joe's favor. If Joe wins this set they'll have a one game playoff.

Troy Frank vs Mika Immonen. Mika won the 1st set & the score is currently 1-1
 
Joe Tucker just won his match.

Some of the 8:30 matches will be CrownCityCorey (Corey Harper of Tiger products.) vs Shawn Putnam. Johnny Archer vs Richard Broumpton. Charlie Williams vs Ralf Souquet.
 
Ronnie Wiseman & Fabio Petroni are about to play a one game playoff.
 
Ronnie broke & came up dry

Tony Chohan & Hillybilly are about to start. Robb Saez & Corey D. are also getting ready to start

Fabio just defeated Ronnie Wiseman. This was on the one loss side so Ronnie is out of the tournament.

Mike Davis vs Pat McNally is about to start.
 
Archer won the 1st game

Putnam scratched which just cost him the 1st game

Mika vs Troy...the score is now 4-2 Mika.

No way for me to do brackets. I think Eydie just called it into Mike so maybe he'll post the bracket.

Corey Harper beat Shane yesterday but I don't know if Shane is still in it or not. Sorry. I can find out for you in a little bit.

Davis vs McNally match is 1-0 Davis

Archer vs Broumpton is 2-0 Archer

Corey D vs Saez is 2-2

Putnam vs Harper is 2-1 Putnam

Williams vs Souquet is 1-1

Chohan vs Hillbilly is 3-1 Hillbilly
 
They just halted the tournament for approx 5 min... they said that there is a medical emergency & they need to get move the walls or something.... No one is really sure what is going on. They're asking us to stay in the tournament room & not block the hallway.... I think something has happend in the amateur arena & they're moving the walls to block it off.
 
Hillbilly has been known to have some slow matches but his match against Chohan is ahead of everyone except Mika & Troy who started earlier.

Chohan just won the 1st set 5-3

Troy Frank is up 3-2 in the 2nd set against Mika. Troy has to win this set to force a playoff in order to stay alive.
 
Mike Davis is up 3-1

Dennis Hatch vs Takenaka is 4-3 Hatch

Putnam won the 1st set against Corey H. I missed the score but I think Corey had 2 wins in that set.

Archer is up 3-2 (could be 4-2 but my view of Archers beads are partially blocked)
 
Mika is on the hill...4-3 against Troy

Hatch vs Takenaka is double hill (1st set)

Ralf vs Williams is tied at 3-3

Mike Davis is on the hill (1st set)

Saez is on the hill vs Corey D 4-3 (1st set)

Mika won the match against Troy Frank but it was a winners side match so Troy is still in the tourney.
 
FL is here and played in this event & I think he's also in the trick shot event. Larry was eliminated from the tourney either last night or this afternoon.

Corey D vs Saez is double hill (1st set) and so is the Takenaka vs Hatch
