Vibrating billiards rack

Has anybody seen a product based on this patent? It looks like it lapsed so I'm not sure of the success of the IP.

Idea is that it vibrates to settle the balls into the nap of the cloth.

Ha ha, pretty sure that never made it to market. Interesting idea. Sardo is the patent holder. His other "Sardo Rack" was commercially available for a decade or so.
