To answer a few of the points raised:
The part 1 video is on YouTube. Part 2 will follow in a week or so.
I was there while this whole thing with Mike occurred. The guy's dress shirt was a common make like one could buy at Sears or Penny's. The suspect played barbox pool with a random customer (the guy may never know how lucky he was not to have had anything else to do with the suspect).
All the important activity took place after the part 1 clip. The suspect and Mike never played pool together.
For pool players it's interesting to note that the suspect had an unusual stance at the barbox. He stood with his legs together, and he bent forward from his waist. Very unusual for a male player. He used a house cue, and was a mediocre to poor player.

I did notice that he kept both legs together most times, which may mean he isn't a die-hard pool enthusiast or player. He plays like somebody who may play pool once a year.
The murder suspect's "idio's"

This individual is MOST-LIKELY THE KILLER of Mike Surber, one of the pool world's very nice guys. This suspect has been known to visit bars and pool rooms. I think that we may all view this video and see different things that might help someone to identify this person and would like to ask all of you to add to my notes about what I saw. If I owned one of those smart phones and I could load the video onto my cell phone, I would send it to my whole contact directory.
Also, if I had not watched this guy's photo a thousand times I would at least have the photo on my cell phone.
Can someone separate the best photo of this person so that others may load it onto their cell phone?
If the guy is sporting a shave head, he will still have a very high receding hairline.
And for crying out loud, if you see the guy, call your LOCAL sheriff's office and tell them you think this is the guy that is a suspect in a murder investigation. (As well as the phone number given out by Doc) ALSO, go see what kind of vehicle the guy is driving and record the information. Don't trust your memory, write it down. The local police are far more likely to come right away, imo. Others have seen this fellow but he seems to evaporate into thin air after being seen in a bar or a pool room.

Would it be possible for all the guys doing live streams, to play these clips at the tournaments, and maybe TAR could also. No doubt this guy is a bar table player, maybe someone could post his pictures by the pool tables in the bars in the area where it happened. Is this guy a suspect or person of interest?
THIS PERSON is the last person known to see Mike Surber alive.

I suggest we organize a coverage strategy to put up wanted posters at every truck stop in our respective areas of residence. I also suggest we form an "Action Group" among ourselves to go after this guy. The upcoming Derby City Classic may be a good place to meet and get underway. I'm sure we could crank up the heat on this guy with such a plan. Who can take the lead on this? I offer my services in any way I can.

I run a Crime Analysis Unit for a police department in North Florida. I have a team of analysts that are excellent at filtering through vast amounts of data and coming up with potential suspect identities. That said, this is very difficult to do with just video evidence. Perhaps if there were other details of the case (name, nickname, vehicle, name on stolen credit mentioned in previous post, etc.) then we might be able to do a little digging down here to attempt to identify this guy if he ever appeared in our city or region. If you know of any additional information available or believe that the detective may have more information, please let me know and I'd be happy to do a little digging.
