Is this a recent episode? We are fanatics of the show, and wondered if they were gonna get around to cues. Looks like they did!! Thanks, joe.

just some info for all on this video. this video shows the way cues are mas produced not the exact process of most low production custom cue makers. though in theory it's similar the tolerances are much tighter and processes much longer ect... (allot is missing from the video) with low production cue makers including, for example only, hercek, cognoscenti, mcworter, stroud, shick, manzino, josey, reyes, szamboti, tascarella ect...... :)

I wish. Falcon is moving to China I think.
I guess they wanna build them even faster and cheaper.
Kinda shocking to see in this video how they build them so fast.
That doughnut shaped cutter that cutts square to round is amazing.
Bill Stroud or Dan Janes, I believe, were consulted how to build their factory.

Im no cue builder but am good friends with M. Webb and have been many times to his shop and never seen a cutter like that!!!!!!! It is very impressive ................. :)
 
yeah.. as soon as i saw them cutting that first inlay.. i was like.. hey.. they are making a predator...
