I can't seem to find a link to the brackets for the WPBA event that I can view with internet explorer. I can find the link off of there site but it asks to open/save/cancel, when I pick open or save it gives me an error, I have tried to open it with other programs but it doesn't work.

Last night there was a link to the brackets just using internet, explorer what happened to this? Why is this thing so difficult to find :(

WPBA is back to doing their 90s style PDF brackets.

Not sure why they're not using an online tool since the one they used for the RTC seemed to work quite well, but just click the above link and you'll see the updated brackets.

Your best bet for keeping up to date on the scores though is to watch the stream. The brackets aren't exactly real time scoring, but if you watch the stream and ask Howerton for a score update, he'll give it to you.

Same thing is happening. I try to open or save that link you gave me and it's giving me an error. Why can't i just view these brackets with IE explorer like last night?

I have been watching the stream but I left last night before all the matchs were done, was intrested to see who won/lost. The feed is not up yet so I was curious to look at the brackets. And I just like looking at all the results, and I wouldn't ask the guy on the feed to tell me every result lol

This is very annoying and frustrating

That sucks. There were a few pretty significant upsets last night. Lots of rust from what I saw.

Jasmin dropped her first round match to Eleanor Callando 9-7.
Ga Young Kim lost her second round match to Holly Sholes 9-7.
Kelly Fisher lost her second round match to Jennifer Chen 9-8.

Based on the way the losers bracket is shaping up though, most of them should have reasonable paths to get back to the redraw. GYK probably has the toughest route, as she'll eventually find herself going up against the loser of the Vivian/Yu Ram match to get to the redraw. There should be some new faces in the redraw though. The L-B1 bracket looks like its going to be either Liz Ford or Debbie Schjodt and the L-B6 bracket is really up in the air as everyone in that bracket is pretty evenly matched (DLG, Nicole Keeney, Caroline Pao, Liz Cole, Laura Smith and probably Tiffany Nelson).

Gatz, do you have PDF viewer?

Is that the only way to view them?

I'm on my old laptop with only 250mb. I did a stupid thing with my less than 1 year desktop. I hate Vista, so I loaded my MS XP Pro disc on it. Now I can't get on Internet or get back to Vista, or uninstall XP. I'll never get the hang of this hightech stuff. Johnnyt

I'm not real high tech either but the brackets on the WPBA website is a PDF file so I think you need at least PDF viewer to open it.

BTW, if you can't get on the internet how'd you get here?
