Anyone else here having problems with this site. Everytime I have come on in the last week I am getting a trojan. csrsc.exe is the file. I know it is NPR, but when I can't read the PR it becomes related to me. It crashes my computer and internet. I only visit here and follow the links by poster to youtube

Can you give me some more info? This is the first I have heard of this. It happens when you first log on to the forums, or the main site?

I log into the site azbilliards.com it is ok, I go to forums and get error. internet explorer cannot display page... like the connection was dropped. I don't know if it is the main page, forums, or sub pages. Sometimes I can be here for an hour before it happens. It is doing it every day since last week though.

Any chance that it is a particular subforum or message? Can you make a note exactly where you are when it happens next?

I tried before posting, it seems to change. It happens clicking forum on home and other times clicking on threads etc. It may in an ad. Not sure. Trying to troubleshoot at this end. I have searched the settings and viewed files to see what was active, created, last accessed etc... it isn't creating it's self at the same time pages are visited.

I will see what I can do.

This is the last thread I visited before it started http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=122501. It started with x-ing any ads with flash.

Hmm, don't see any flash in that thread. I would hate to think that we had a banner that was infecting machines.

Just found it on my computer again. It got put on around the same time I started thread. Maybe someone has back-door to my computer or something. I changed computers and have it on two now. They must have a gateway, cause it is almost instant. I wonder if a cable modem can get a virus and transfer to computer?

if its the trojan vuno its been real common around justintv and ustream chats which is where most pool broadcasting takes place...i just had to clear it myself

Here is a recent posters comment on how he got rid of it.

"This problem has been solved.

AVG Free 8.0 found it. However, it took several days for the AVG updates to include this Trojan/Backdoor. I was updating my AVG everyday.

Spybot did not find it. Don't know what's going wrong with Spybot but the scan of about 50g of files used to take 30 minutes. Today it took 2 hours and only found 1 tracking cookie.

Below is a thumb of the AVG results showing the csrsc Trojan and where it was. This Trojan/Backdoor looks for ID, PW and other account information.

Hope this helps you and thanks for looking.

Hope it helps.
