As of now they are closed for good. Told there dealers not to try and contact the office because they are offically closed. Bank shut them down...To much debt..not enough income...this economy blows

that's a shame, don't see alot of Peter Vitalie here in socal, but what I did see was nice.

I received a PMI Auction brochure on the complete manufacturing machine, stock of assembled and un-assembled parts, office equipment... ALL of their operation to be auctioned at the facility in Rosman, NC on July 22, 2010 at 10am (inspection the day before). The brochure says, " all machinery,billiard tables, raw material, plant support equipment, etc. TO BE SOLD SEPARATELY !!!
Bids on site have a 12% Buyers Premium and apparently they are allowing a Webcast bidding process and a 15% Buyer Premium.

Watching the auction live today, Joe Pucci, President of American Heritage seems to have bought the whole product line. Expect to see Vitalie tables made by American Heritage.
