Has anyone purchased a Vittorre cue and, if so, how does it play? I just purchased one and the wait time is seven months. I have never met anyone who has one.

Did you mean Viattorre cues?

If you meant "Viattorre" cues, I don't have one, but I have heard nothing but good comments about them. Surely someone on this board has one or has played with one.....

I thought the wait time was 15 months or so ... I have three Viattorres but they were purchased from secondary market. Plays great and built well for the money.

I got mine early last year, and they make a great cue at a good price, and he's also really nice to work with. I might try and post some pics if I can manage to take some decent ones with my camera.

I've been playing with my viattorre for a few years now. You can't beat the quality you get for the money you pay. Check out my cue in the gallery section of www.viattorre.com with MIKO as the album name. Last I heard, the wait is already more than a year.

Jackson is quite a nice guy too. I'm sure you have a nice time in coordinating with him... specially with the website and all.

Mike,

They're good. They've been good for the last 4 or 5 years - they've improved immensely siince the old days.

Mine just came after a 18 mths wait. Quality is definately there and the hit is solid. Point and inlay work is sharp and the price is unbeatable. But be prepared for a long wait if you are ordering direct. There were a couple for sale on the secondary market here but not sure if they are still available now.

Pardon me for my ignorance but these cues are made in the Phillipines?? If so, when these cues arrive in the U.S. are they arriving straight ??? Ithought the big problem with buying cues from that area was the huge difference in weather conditions?? Im not trying to put them down as i know nothing about them but i am just wondering for my own knowledge.........Thank you , John:)

Straight as an arrow John.
Not sure what remedies are taken but there is absolutely no warpage in the transition.

BTW, I drove by Mickey's yesterday and it is closed down. Another one bites the dust I guess :(
