Things are moving along on the project. I now have the "prototype" CD. I'll listen to the whole thing and decide if any additional editing is needed. I put up a little website where you can read the highlights of the interviews and even buy the CD when it's finished. DON'T click on the PayPal button yet as I am not ready to send out the CDs! Also, the site is still a work in progress. I have uploaded the stuff for the first three interviews (Stroud, Meucci, and Heubler), but that's all. It will probably be 2-3 days before the site is complete.

Just put up a few more interview highlights on website

Highlights from the interviews with Bill Stroud, Bob Meucci, Paul Heubler, "Machine Gun" Lou Butera, Dee Hulse & Al "The Plumber" Wichenbaugh, Gloria Walker, "Cowboy" Jimmy Moore, Ronnie Allen, Warren "Monk" Costanzo, and Mike Sigel are now available. I'll do the ones for Paul Gerni, Richie Ambrose, Vickie Frechen, "The Rifleman" Buddy Hall, and Richie Florence tomorrow morning. I'll also be adding sound bites and photos by Thursday. By checking over the highlights you can decide whether you may be interested in buying the CD.

Hey, anyone whose collection of cues includes 3 Bender, 1 Cognoscenti, 2 Capone, 2 S.Klein, 1 Prewitt, 2 Jacoby, and 1 Abe Rich can probably write a good check for $20. I like to live on the edge, so I think I'll risk it! :) :)

BTW, I am now up and at the keyboard to finish typing up the interview highlights for the last five interviewees. It's 7:03 AM, so I should have them uploaded to the website by 9:00 AM. I'm still awaiting some photos from my partner Mike Haines.

By Friday evening, the CD should be ready to ship.
