Don't be afraid John ask him yourself! As for Rogers interior what he put in my case is like a Justis pro lite case. As for bottom feeder I was referring to where JB cases are in the case of the year contest on the bottom! If you like production cases and like cases made by cheap labor while the owner charges American prices buy from china . I may not have started this thread it is a thread with pictures of my case but why bring this here John?

The jb rugged series is in the middle of the pack which is kind of cool for a basic case.

One of my customers dumped ALL of his custom cases for our rugged cases. and he only keeps his high end cues in our cases. He sold every high end case he owned and replaced them all with our nylon ones.

You will never get it. Its not about how pretty a case is it is about how well built it is. Too that end I would be happy to never build another custom case again if we can build solid protective cases for more people.

Roger's staff does build pretty cases and this one is very nice. It would be a contender in any beauty contest. But he himself is an awful human in my opinion. I am nice to everyone and go out of my way to help whenever I can. This guy is a user and abuser. And you sir are a huge hypocrite for condemning me for the very things Roger has done.

Frankly, you both deserve each other.

I've said this before, why can't everyone just get along? Bad blood, blah blah..just let it go and start over? Why not?

Roger is great, I can't wait for my next case and the rest of the things being delivered with it.

I've spent very little time talking to John, maybe a pm or two. When we did speak I enjoyed it though.

Regardless you both seem like good people. Anyone should be happy to own a case from either of you. I hope it will be over soon.

I have a life. Defending my wife and children against the threat to murder them that Roger made.

I have no hate and certainly nothing to be jealous of. Roger is just now learning how to do things on cases that I did 20 years ago. He does nothing I didn't already invent long before he started making cases.

I am only asking technical questions. Sorry that you and Roger are so sensitive about the techniques used.

Also could Roger talk a little about how a cue got so stuck in a customer's case that the customer had to use pliers on a high end cue to get it out of the case? I am curious as to how that happened.

It's obvious John is a passionate guy..
It's obvious he makes a great product....
I've heard he has excellent customer service..

I don't agree with a lot of Johns business tactics,
but NOBODY deserves to have their families lives threatened..
