Mook! What's a Mook?

Usually when a business takeover or buyout takes place, more so a $150M one, BOTH buyer AND seller get together with the interested parties; ie: investors, press, pr firm, employees, to make the public announcement and assure everyone of the continuation of operations and the reasons and intentions of the merger or acquisition. At the minimium, it is usually confirmed somewhere in the press. I have searched without any results, only know what KT was reported to have said.

So, Dear Mr. Ho, can you please come out from your silence and let us know that you have, in fact, purchased part of or the entire the IPT? That all monies owed to the players and vendors will be paid and what your future plans for the IPT are. Are you happy with the IPT's current business model? With their current management? Do you plan any changes? Will operations be moved to Asia? Or, is the reported sale/merger a total falsehood?

It has been rumored than you sometimes visit AZ, so if you read this thread please respond. Even a press release from you will do.

All I know is that a LOI has been signed. The actual deal had not been inked as of the WO. And KT has promised to stay at the helm for another 5 years, so I would imagine a strong presence in the US still.
