You have absolutely no clue how much money KT has and your very, very twisted logic makes very little sense.

I always find it interesting how people like yourself who hate someone or something can search and find any negative thing anywhere to prove their point.

I wish we could research every thing you have ever done wrong in your life and publish this as fact. Do you know the end result? You would be considered a very evil person.

The only fair test for anyone or anything is to weigh the amount of good against the amount of bad and then draw your conclusions.

To this point as regards the pool world KT is still heavily on the side of good and even if he never paid anyone else he may still have done much more good than harm.

Just my opinions.

But wayne, with the current setup of IPT, qualifying tournaments paying for the bigger events (eventhough it wasn't clearly written), still makes you wonder about KT's character. I guess there are just some people no matter how much money they have would rather dip on someone else pocket than their own.

The discussion is about the IPT and KT. If you have any points on this topic, go ahead and make them. To attack the poster rather than discuss the points suggests that you lack any retort. You're shooting a messenger Wayne.

The problem is you are trying to make sense of the senseless. He has many times in his past exhibited irrational behavior. His giving away money with his wacko idea that he was going to be the "Don King" (his words) of pool is the kind of thing he would do. You have to just look at his past and you find this pattern of behavior with crazy ideas that fail. This thing makes no sense, but I know you have to keep looking at it and saying to yourself, "But why is he doing it, is there something I don't know or understand that he does"?

This is where you are trying to make sense of the senseless. This guy is one strange dude. I completely understand why people buy into his ideas because they just have to assume he knows what he is doing. He can be very convincing and he may even fool himself much of the time, he seems to live in some kind of alternate reality. Again, all you have to do is look at his past.

i like everyone else am still waiting for payment. i suppose i'm running on faith. i stopped posting because, just being negitive over and over can't be a good thing. but i decided, venting and talking it out, can be a good thing. i hope to god the checks come within a few weeks, i would be suprised if they didn't,Bernie Friend.

8-Ball Bernie, I have too much respect for anyone who played in Reno to negatively speculate on their situation, especially without knowing all the facts. Maybe that stuff from earlier posts is supposed to be funny, but enough already.

I for one say keep the faith.

I'm sure you've already chatted with some good friends on the legal aspects of this. Other than making folks laugh at, or with you, (sometimes it's hard to tell the difference around here lately) I honestly don't see any point in posting anything regarding the status of the checks other than have or haven't received them yet.

I don't know about Nevada, but in Illinois, 30 days past due is a critical date for many legal actions regarding payment and many contracts, businesses, and state laws typically operate with this 30 day understanding in mind. I've been owed as much as $125,000 at a time and have heard all the excuses in the world, some of them lies, some of them truths, but I've always eventually been paid.

It's completely inappropriate to run a tournament this way. This late payment issue, regardless of the cause, is horrible PR for both KT as a businessman, the IPT organization, and Mr. Ho as well, and I cannot believe they, or anyone in their situation, would be so absolutely stupid as to allow anything that looked so bush league like this to happen again.

He was trying to claim to be a European Billionaire I think, an expensive way to do it as he'd be worth 1,273,705,928.94 USD! Much cheaper than the UK of course where u need a million million pounds to be a Billionaire. and of course 1 pound actually buys you almost 2 dollars now aways, although still not as much as the $6 or $7 it used to but still better than th $1.3 a few years ago!
