Walt Harris Passes Away

To all members; Once again we've lost a fellow billiard player, Walt Harris, for me its a little personal, he was a fellow Chicago player and lived down the road from me in FL. The last time I saw Walt was about 3 weeks ago, he appeared fine.

Walt died on Saturday, 09/21/10 in Cape Canaveral Hospital due to a massive stroke. I'm not aware of any Funeral arrangements, or memorial planned. If an obituary appears in the local paper I'll post it.

Walt I'm sure will be missed by many people, billiard players or not.

Walt Harris an Icon

Besides being an Author of several books, he also started the Senior Tour that lasted several years when he was feeling good.

He will be missed by all.
May there be 3-Cushion Billiards up there.
