Want to buy this Cue for up to 1000. what model is it?

The 3rd picture could be a broom handle, your picture is so far out of focus a old timer like me might say ( What In The Hell Is THAT ) and you want to know the model number.:rotflmao1:
The other pictures should help in the ID of this cue.
If that cue was a car that needed to be fixed, you would take it to the repair shop and say ( replace everything under the radiator cap ), but in your case You will need a new radiator cap too.
I don't want to misunderstand your topic, you want to buy this cue or you are asking us if one of us wants to buy it.
If you are trying to sale what was a pool cue at one time, please ask the mods to move your thread 2 or 3 sections down the the wanted for sale section.
If you are planning on buying this cue for yourself I think it a great deal, you can get the cobb webs out of the corners of a room or use it for a pry bar for your motorcycle so you don't scratch the chrome, you can even beat wife kids and your dog with it.
just because I am a nice guy I will even donate a roll of duct tape because it looks like the bird droppings are no longer holding it together.
Hell you might need a shot just for touching it.

Yes, it is a very pretty eagle. I am sure "whoever" is selling that cue will be very happy when your $1000 offer fishes someone into paying a few hundred for the cue with the hope to resell it to you for a profit.
