Holy Sh*t!!!!!!!!!! I am going to start a room when I get out of the military, this would be an excellent deal on getting my biz started.
 
Now all you need is location, biz license, signage fees, dealing with the local political type to get their blessing, a lease, insurance, sale tax permits, biz plan, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc. $100,000.00 should seal the deal.

And after all that's done figure a way to get customers in the door.
The deal and price would get my interest if I was looking for room equipment.
A lot of good equipment there for the asking price.

thats what i thought, I i would be in the position to already have the room and needing equipment, I would not hesitate to snap that deal up....its dam near stealing imop

Agree. It's unfortunate for the rooms that have gone under but in the business
world it's an opportunity for someone.

Don't forget the liquor license. Without that forget about a pool room. You won't make money and the leagues won't come without booze.

just get a liscense to let people drink...and cover charge + table time, and BYOB....the leaguers will hauuulllll their icechest's in there!!!!:thumbup:
