Wanted - Willard Pool Cue tip machine

I see those come up for sale from time to time. I am looking for a fully functional setup without too much obvious wear and tear. $500 - $600 new prices seem extremely high to me.

Obviously I seeking a seller who is either in the NY tri-state metropolitan area where a sale can be conducted in person or using a transaction payment mechanism that provides protections for both buyer and seller.

Well used, but not abused Willard tipping machine. Works great and fits in a drawer instead of taking up the space of a lathe. $250.00 shipped and insured. New they sold for 495.00.

I have had several of these for years, and do tips with them as good as anyone with a lathe. Yes, the scuffer and leather are gone, but I use a rasp to scuff and a loose piece of thick leather to burnish. I just installed a brand new blade. (the package for the blade is shown so the buyer has the part number for replacements)

I believe these are almost $600 when new.....For what you see here:
