why is he red repped to high heavan
You guys are a lot kinder than me, because he supposedly sent my cue two weeks ago (by his own admission in an e-mail). Before that, he told me he first sent it to the wrong address. Any way you cut and dice this, he LIED to me at least twice. Now, he says he sent it on the 6th of March. This is the THIRD time he's told me my cue has been sent out! IF he actually sent the cue on the 6th, I should have it no later than tomorrow. We'll see.
I personally find it to be a very undesirable way to have to do business. I'm not sure that we would have ever gotten satisfaction if bobco729 hadn't of threatened him with legal action. Does anyone actually think it was a coincidence that he shipped the cues on the very same day I started this thread (I paid for my cue on 2/14)? On top of that, now it's two different stories I'm hearing of why he's so late in shipping. First was, he was out of town for two weeks. Now, he's saying he had surgery. You guys can believe what you want, but I will not change anything I have said about this deal, and I will certainly never deal with this person again.
A simple deal like ours should have been a cut-and-dried process. All it takes is some communication, and I was the only one communicating, at least TRUTHFULLY communicating.

Sly b/j cue
I picked up the cue this morning. Item is as described, nicely packed with proper return address. If Jason had communicated with me two weeks ago that he was having surgery and shipping was going to be delayed for two weeks i would have been given a choice of waiting or not. Well, Jason did a good job this time and i have a great Leon Sly b/j cue.
