Dartman - I've explained it as best I can. Inevitz refund actually was $370 after the 2 fees totaling $30. The activity shows two seperate charges. I have a life and haven't yet spent the necessary 3 hours on hold to get a Paypal humans explanation or reduction in the fees. I will get to it soon.

Fast resolution? I'm offering to ship the Diveney to Singapore tomorrow without payment. You there Inevitz ???

Meant to say earlier that offers don't get any better then what you suggested.
Seems to be the fastest resolution - deal with the paypal discrepancy later.
 
I dunno but the name Chester Goh sounded familiar. did you by chance attended some of the Asian 9-ball tours? I dunno but somewhere I read and heard a name like that.

This is a good method, but all the leverage is with the seller. I would only use bank transfers with known cuemakers and some of the bigger cuedealers. If the seller claims non-receipt of funds, the buyer is out $$$

Would think the buyers bank who actually wired the funds could easily verify that the funds were transfered to the sellers bank.:rolleyes:

problem is there are scammers who also open up some new accounts using pseudo names and disappear after withdrawing the money. also consider their facial disguises or even their real faces and thumb prints wouldn't matter unless they get finally caught by the police for any misdemeanor and their faces appear on the computer for any previous criminal records. the whole police force won't be looking for these bastards among the entire U.S. population unless they already caused a major havoc that caused a lot of people, millions of dollars. they are of the lowest priority and a lot of them don't get caught, which is a sad reality.
