I am still looking at those flights to Kansas City Missouri. If Walt would take a plane ride I would make the trip with him. I know between the two of us we couldget some AZ action to pay for the plane ride or double the cost. :D :D

Is it that far of a drive, JoeyA, from Metairie? Maybe driving would be a better alternative. You could share expenses with another pool person in your area, if they desired to go, too. I drive most places today and won't fly. It is actually kind of fun sometimes, seeing the terrain, meeting the people, and with your own car, you can come and go as you please! :)

I will be there Friday night if I can. Let me know if you need help with any technical stuff, as I am very well adept. I plan on recording some video as well.

Don't worry though, I won't be knocking your action with my 640 x 480 30 FPS camera. Just gonna post some stuff to youtube and on here.

I think it is like 15 hours there and 15 hours back without a sleep over. That's a lot of hours in the car. Hell, that would take up more than a day of travel time. When I go to the tournaments the only thing I like to do other than stay in the tournament is to go out to eat at one of the local's favorite restaurants. I like to eat whatever the locals eat and avoid the chains unless my buds just have to get a steak at Outback. :D

I just can't justify spending the money and not playing and the $3,000 is a little steep unless I was playing somebody like Smorgasbored or Walt. :D :D

But unfortunately I'm in the dog house..I've been a bad boy; so my wife has me on a short, retractable stainless steel leash with an electric shock collar (so I won't stray too far away):p :p
