Webb billiards 24 days no refund

I ordered some rubber and 860 cloth for 2 bar boxes, i told webb i thought it was what i needed, but needed my table mechanic to look at it.
I told him on 3 different occasions that i might have to return the rubber. I ordered the wrong rubber. He had 3 different occasions to tell me that he needed to authorize the return, but he did not do so.
I have ups signed ticket, it has been over 3 weeks and he has not sent me my 91 bucks.

Might think about this if you are thinking about buying !!!!!!!!!!!
 
I'm not familiar with Webb Billiards but if it is a small shop it is disappointing they are not being more proactive and I'm surprised nobody else has spoken up in your defense as it seems you personally have a no questions asked return policy. If they are a larger operation that has a large amount of incoming packages I can understand why they would want a prior return authorization with RMA number and have a policy to follow in order to keep track of everything. I was considering ordering rails also but I will look at other options until I hear of a proper resolution.
