Jordan Brown has come from the clouds to have a great week to reach the Final , no idea what his odds were at the start of the tournament , I didn't scroll down that far !

The TV commentator said Jordan Brown came into the tournament as a 750/1 shot pre tournament but it could well have been higher if you shopped around Da' Bookies on Oddschecker maybe as high as 1000/1 and the last time I read about odds as high as that was the dude who bet Judd Trump to win The World Snooker Championships within 10 years and the bet came in but it took 10 years to happen .

For the record , pre tournament I placed one of Her Royal Majesty's brown £10 plastic note's ( they used to make them out of paper ) on Judd Trump to win the tournament , king of the four frame the winner tournaments but he got beat , think he said he wasn't feeling well so it's chase the loss or fold so I folded rather than lump on Ronnie because Ali was playing well but had to withdraw or Selby . Her Royal Majesty's husband Prince Phillip was taken into hospital for the weekend and Prince Charles paid a visit , one rule for the elites , another for us , just trying to work out who Da Bookie is.....

Da' Bookie said , " This was the greatest heist we've ever known in the Billiards world to date as nobody bets 750/1 shots , The Prince of Wales has visited The Duke Of Edinburgh and our winning will be deposited in The Cayman Islands accounts.....

Maybe a dedicated Jordan Brown fan who bets him to win every tournament , maybe somewhere in heaven or hell the late great Alex 'Hurricane' Higgins scribbled on a betting slip Jordan Brown to win The Welsh Open @ 750/1 . Hard to picture John Virgo betting that one either .

I read out the Skybet odds to my son and said Jordan Brown to win 9-0 is only 150/1 , no way is that going to happen , Ronnie to win 9-0 is only 16/1 , Jordan Brown to win 9-8 is 16/1 , Ronnie to win 9-8 is 12/1 and the correct frame score price boost is 9-2 to Ronnie @ 11/2 .

Hindsight is a wonderful thing and how many matches go down to a final frame decider ?

There was a hint when Jordan Brown beat Mark 'Nosferatu' Selby on the final black ball and 16/1 for the tournament win at the Semi Final stages was still available but i done my dough on Judd . Adrien Goldstein said we cant call him the Antrim Ferrari , there must be a better name than that . so can you think of another one ?
