Don't get too excited and keep bumping this thread. I think you have done very well this time. From my calculations Thanks to Big Truck you have plenty of money for the tournament and should take some home even if you don't cash. We all are happy for you and want to stay on the band wagon for next time.
Now more Dutch Uncle Talk. Anticipation can be a killer. You need to get your mind off the tournament these last few day and relax. Get a good nights sleep and eat right. Run some drills for practice to stay in stroke but don't get to up tight about a bad shot. The mental part of the game can be the most important. Keep a clear head by doing what some call cross training or doing other activities that will help relax you. Take this as a Learning Experience and not a one time shot to prove yourself. Big Truck feels you have the Talent and he see enough pool player to know. It is going to take more than one tournament to make you. So this is but one in a long list to come.

Ball-Banger is right. No need to worry about anything except playing pool! Work on your shots, rest and eating good.

an you right about thinking tomuch been thinking about the tournament alot
an i never get upset about a shot i think i do pretty good when i lose or miss a shot i do *meh oh well wait till my next shot at the table*
an as for BigTruck he see.s alot of pool players all the time good pool players an he see.s i got talent an allso wants to help me To Accomplish my Dream as a great pool player an i thank him for that i.ll find away to repay him someday an he will prolly say don.t worrie about it lol but i will still find a way to help him an his BigTruck show
an i.m hoping there will be many more tournaments after this 1 but if there isent then i am glad AZB-BigTruck-AZ,ERs-hillbilly-bob-keeb-Mark AKA Force Fallow-everyone that has helped me get to this tournament an money i have gotten an gifts they have sent me
an i.m hoping i can maybe help a few people out in Nawlins that needs a lil Tweaking but they are good they prolly whont listen to me lol
but i can def help AZ,ERS an BigTruck with there game improve there game by 1-2 balls Atleast

Robley you seem like you have allot on the ball. I was there on your first post and I found it very interesting and I am thrilled to see what a few very giving people have been able to do to make your wish happen. There are many AZ'ers out there that could not contribute to your cause with cash or items that you can use but most of us will be pulling for you as if we had helped. Win, lose or draw I hope you are on your way to achieving a life that you can enjoy. Go to the big easy and play, many of your new friends will be there in one way or another.

an as for me Achieveing a life that i love i hope i get that life of a pool player as i love the game more then anything sometimes i wunder who loves this game the most me or HillBilly AKA *Charlie Bryant* lol i know how much he loves this game an he gives back alot to the pool community an i thank him for that

Well, I'll be tuning in....except the evening of the 24th...ugh! I have to confess I'm going to see Bob Dylan that night. :dance:
But I hope I get to see Robley on the table earlier on Saturday or on Sunday, 25th.
(And even if Gabe were to be lucky enough to still be in the Open on the 24th, I'll miss him too :frown
But I'll be thinking of all of ya'll.....and immediately after Dylan's final encore of Like A Rolling Stone

Yep, still alive on his 'Never Ending Tour'. That's why I catch it as often as I can....he won't be with us forever. And when he pops into Tulsa, I buy my tickets before they go on sale to the public.

Aaaah, I'll be standing at the front of the stage elbow to elbow with everyone else screaming my head off with all of the other old people - trying to figure out what he's singing.... from the time he hits the stage until he walks off the stage. That's how it always goes!! :grin:

Hilarious video!! That's what it's like....have to listen closely to catch a word or the band's instruments to figure out the songs :scratchhead:....I can usually guess 2 or 3 out of the entire night.
But can defnitely figure out his final Rolling Stone song!
He's the only singer at his age that I'm aware of that can still pack 'em in, and can't even sing. Now that's pretty genius if you ask me! :grin:
They don't allow cameras or camcorders of any kind. They tell you upfront that if you're caught with one, you're booted out.
But will try to get something.
Will definitely check on you first thing afterwards! That tournament is going to be exciting!!
