I'll let Mike H. know that you said hi. And Jeff posts on here as Mr. J. Did you ever see UWPoolGod1 play? I haven't seen him play, but it must be at a pretty darn high level! Congrats again!

Linda,

You know Mike Hutcheson? I thought I asked about him before and you didn't know him? If you do know him, say hi to his wife Joy too. Tell Mike I was also there in Germany when Jeanette Lee stomped a mud hole in him, hah hah!

Well, to be more accurate, he won a tourney, and as a result of that win, got to represent the Kaiserslautern contingent by playing Jeanette one game. He broke, made nothing, she ran out.

Jeanette was funny in that exhibition. After doing a few "serious" trick shots, she offered her cue to anyone who could bank four shots in a row cross side without readjusting the cue ball position after each shot.

Well, a German sharpshooter got up there and knocked in two banks, back to back, with good position on the third, and when he hit the third bank, found out the third and fourth balls were glued together!!

The balls did some crazt ****, and we all burst out laughing. The sharpshooter didn't think it was too funny.

Anyways, I'm sure Mike will remember that exhibition.

I feel I play fairly well. Towards the end it seemed like everything was clicking. Making a ball on every break, controlling the table, perfect speed control to make every shot easy, safety game was a little shaky but for the most part I made people kick instead of jump, and I had some timely misses by opponents that led to me getting out on those as well. Of course these are 7 footers and not the 9's I used to play on in Seattle. I controlled the table pretty well in the final match against Todd Marsh especially since he didn't make a ball a few times on the break. Thanks for all the kind words. Hopefully I can continue in future events.

Good on ya

It must have been all that practice > shooting pool and drinking beer at BILL'S Pool room.
Well Done!
