Are you talking about dimples in the nose or up and down wave like the cushion is drooping?
Cushions dropping .
Can you move them where they have dropped? Like the glue has lost it's bond.
Could just be the glue from the cushion to the rail
I'm not a mechanic, just my .02 from seeing a few tables taken apart.
If they haven't come unglued, then they were installed wrong period.
BINGO!!!!! I've asked many customers to not hold a lit cigarette over the table ... to remove their beer from the pocket ... and use the chairs and stools to sit on. We don't have darts!

Just played near Chicago and one end rails felt like a washboard when you ran your hand across it. All rails were high, but this one was high and low.
BTW these rails were still solidly glued.
Doesn't the above stuff just make your head explode? The other little thing I hate is people tapping chalk upside down on the rail or on the side of the table. Why do they think they need to clean the chalk off like that before or after using it?
This pool hall does not allow people sitting on the table.
