What "cue" did you play your best pool with?

My Boti. And I still do.

Barry disagrees with me. He's wrong.

I'm a one-cue-woman.:D :D :D

maybe with a old schon that had a broken forearm and had been fixed. Though I think the last few weeks I've been playing pretty sporty for a guy who isn't any good with my old joss.

Toss up

My new Jacoby or my old McDermott ! depending on whether its straight pool or 8 ball!

got to be......

I would say my old Joss custom. That cue fit my stroke better than any other piece of wood I have ever had my hands on. I ran so many 3 and 4 packs in 9 ball with that cue..... its almost like I was on autopilot with it. Complete confidence in your stroke and cue is magical when it happens..... For all people considering it....dont be stupid and mess it up by selling or trading a cue like that, it will mess with the mental aspect of your game much more than the physical IMHO. I never will again, I can tell you that. Ive had some cues since that have come close in balance and feel...... but nothing like the Joss.

a 30$ J&J playing cue.

is the cue cool? NO , not at all :)
did it work for me? it isnt about the cue, its about the guy behind it :)

finishes?
5th state championship
9th national ranking event
13th international open

i rest my case :)

ps OFC id love to swap this cue for ANYthing thats close to being a normal/good cue, but at the end. its you have to make it work, it aint the cue

Probably a Robert Weir s/s joint had 2 had 2 different cues an ferrules would unscrew flushed both of them, late 80's.
