What cue is this?

I searched for several hours.
It's a neighbors cue & has no idea.
Wants it refinished BUT if it's rare, I really don't want to destroy its natural patina.
Point are sharp.
Colors, wood to Red, Blue, Black.
Meucci style bumper.
No weight adj..
3/8 10 pin.
Wrap is sealed.
What cue is this?

based on the wrap, I say it is a cheap import cue.

Looks like an asian import. Looks fairly decent from the pics. Nothing rare from what i'm seeing.

A friend bought a cue for a hundred dollars for breaking. He broke with it for two years then his son got a trip to Vegas with an APA team. He met him there and decided to have a cue repair guy clean up his break cue. The repair guy, to his credit, asked if he could show it to a cue expert there. Turned out his break cue was an original Balabushka which he still owns today. This all happened in Chapel Hill and his son Ethan lives about a mile from me and is dreaming of the day he inherits that Balabushka...

I'm coming to the conclusion it's a cue maker starting out but I JUST found this photo
of National Cues (below). Has near exact design as mine tho veneer colors switched.
I looked REAL close (doubled up readers) for a mark, none.

Rings are black plastic and probable maple bars, tho I didn't find one cue online with that type of wide bars.
White-ish maple with Red & Blue veneers might say it's an American made cue.
Looking closer at the wrap, the clear is turning yellow-ish.
Delrin's first used on cues was in the 70s, can't be older than that.

So there's the slim chance it was made by a reputable cue maker, possibly in their teething days.

I read some National cues were made without markings, sorta like a school exam. If it were me and the cue wasn't near perfect, it stay unsigned. Much like my earlier paintings.
