Hummm...

I think you're missing the sarcastic humor attempted in my posting.

How could that be possible? Dz takes a beating from that guy which is too bad because he makes a great cue at a very good price. Not to mention he's very very easy to work with.

thanks a lot

sorry I didn´t post a reply sonner. I had an exam just a few hours ago and I had to study ;)
I like SS joints and pro tapper in my shafts. In the hit i like a solid hit.

Gilbert, Webb, Weston, Dzuricky just to name a few.

Best of luck,

, to get alot of cue for the money!u dont have to go with a new cue maker, for 2500 you can get a ginacue-mottey-bender-black-cantando-tad ect and have a classic that will continue to go up if you take care of it!these cue makers are not unapproachable, soo many dealers try to keep you away from them keeping you thinking they are to buisy to take your call! but the vast majorty enjoy talking to you ! and helping you get a cue!

I made the mistake of hitting with a Gina the other day. I was told not to, I knew better....now I want one.

I really like a Layani cue www.layanicues.com myself.
I also like Tad, but it is more for collection purposes.
For a playing cue, I would highly recommend a Layani.
For a jump/break cue, well...you know the answer... ;)

For Layani Cues you can contact Thierry Layani at info@layanicues.com.

For jump break cue, please visit www.xtremebilliard.com. The X Breaker is $350 plus shipping, it has a patented Xtreme Tip which is harder than any phenolic but holds chalk like a leather tip. You can also watch a lot of videos including one with Larry jumping 1mm away. I hope you enjoy it.

Thank you.

I recommend BCM or Coker as they both are nice and affordable right now.

I agree BCM, COKER, Gilberts are starting to get really high as well as Judds. I would recommend all. BUt just to be biast. Best hitting cue I have ever owned was a Kompan wrapless cue. Hits a ton. I love it. I would sleep with it if I could. They are really cheap right now. They are going up in price come the first of the new year. Right now they are 400 with 2 shafts. BRAND NEW. I'd invest in his cues right now. While they are dirt cheap. I will post a pic of one I hopefully will get from him later.

I'll let you know the best hitting cue I've had after I get a Zylr. ;) Seriously, I can't wait to try one.

You won't be sorry if you get one. Zylr's play great. I currently have one on order and hope to get it soon. I was going to recommend those bar none but I figured the price was a little high for a first time custom cue purchaser.

I just got my Andy Gilbert ordered back in April. His web site mentioned that most orders took about 120 days, but mine went to 7 months due to the design's complexity and scrimmed ivory inlays. In terms of price, I was expecting to pay double for the quality cue Andy delivered. The cue's hit is also superb.

Pictures of the cue here if you're interested:
