Well, title says it all. What is your beverage of choice in general while you are playing pool? In general being the majority of the time. Feel free to be more specific in your reply.

Crown & Coke. Nothing else, ever. One while I'm shooting, sometimes one afterwards.

Lately I've been waiting until I'm done shooting to imbibe.

I usually nurse a good microbrew/craft beer. Sierra Nevada Pale Ale or Young's Chocolate Stout off draft are usually my drinks of choice. Sierra Nevada is actually one of the pioneers in the microbrew and craft beer revolution, and also an industry leader in environmentally conscious techniques and distribution processes. They're also local, based right here in my hometown of Chico, CA.

Good choice. If I'm drinking whiskey its usually Crown Royal. A good friend of mine loves it and turned me into a believer. I still don't pass up a good 7&7 though.
 
Jack & Coke and when my GF is around we order Old Fashon's if the bartender knows how to make one.
She also orders Bloody Maria's, and I have one with her every once and a while.

I rarely drink except when I play pool
 
Domestic beer, whatever is cheap and/or on special.

Just gonna nurse them through the evening, they don't make any sudden or major impact on me. While I prefer Sam Adams, that is meant to enjoy, and while playing I'm not paying attention to my beer. That, and it will have a quicker effect on me, which I'm trying to avoid while playing.

If I'm feeling in a particular mood, either good or bad, I'll sometimes have Jack Daniels on ice. Again, taking my time with it.
 
Liquids. I don't have an exclusivity drink.

Now-a-days......just Coke or Diet Coke.

Before I quit, I'd almost always get a vodka martini...ex-ex-extra dirty before I shot. Then, as I played, Guinness (tap only) was my usual. If no Guinness was on hand I'd drink Labatts while shooting.
 
I didn't even think about coffee. Never drink it during the day, only know a few old timers who do. They make a pot of coffee in our pool room for the 1 guy (literally) who drinks it. I can't edit a poll, but if you'd like to you can use the last option as a default for coffee/energy drinks.
 
When I played league I would have a soda. Hell, the spIonsors have to get something back. I won't have any alcohol while I'm playing, I don't hardly dring at home anymore.

But since I don't play league anymore my beverage of choice is good plain old water.
 
Nothing relaxes my shooting arm like a stiff bourbon sipped neat. If I'm thirsty I have water on the side.

I do love that Sierra Nevada, Baxter, and always have at least a six in the fridge in my pool room at home. I just bought a 12-pack of their Torpedo and its pretty tasty stuff. Think I'll crack one open right now.
