I am watching the Match between Allison and Karen C. and Allison is shooting opposite hand and using the bridge on almost every shot.

And they show here with a Icy hot patch on her neck. ??? did she pull a muscle or something?

I think they go on to explain that she had a muscle spasm in her neck/back. She had a massage therapist work on it enough to get her to the table. Watching her play like that was painful. She gave it a good try, but in that condition, she wasn't a match for Karen.

I think they mention that about half way through the match when she starts to shoot with her normal hand. and stopped using the bridge on her shots. But you could still see that she wasnt comfortable shooting at all.

I have had stingers and muscle cramps n stuff in my neck and back and DAMN that shit HURTS bad, and its like you hear about athletes getting them during a game and you dont think its bad till u actually get one.

No one had an anser for karen those few days not allison, monica, or ga young... and no one will have an answer for her in 8-ball either

Whilst I absolutely respect Ms. Corr's game, there is no question that under normal condition in normal health Allison Fisher is always a threat to beat her whenever they match up in 9 Ball. I can personally see no great advantage Karen will have over Allison in 8 Ball (Assuming you are referring to the upcoming IPT events) or vice-versa, unless one of the has been playing it competatively a huge amount more than the other, which I doubt.

I would say that the other way around "Karen is always a threat to beat Allison". Saying somebody is a threat implies they are the lesser player, and that the person they are a threat to is the superior player. IMHO, Allison is clearly the superior player, maybe not by a huge margin but clearly the superior player.

Allison is a threat to karen every time.karen is a good player but she just has not elevated her game up enough to beat Allison.Allison will beat her probably 8 out of 10 times they match up.i dont care if its 8 ball 9 ball snooker or straight pool.If their was no Allison then everyone would talk about Karen.Untill then oh well.

As Ben Hogan once said, "Golf is a game of luck. The more I practice, the luckier I get."

The track record says otherwise. In 2000, at the US Open 14.1 Championships, Corr and Fisher were both asked to adapt to a new game in which self-designed patterns and subtle defensive play were fundamental to success. Corr finished ninth and Fisher cruised, going undefeated, and demolishing many-time world 14.1 champion Loree Jon Jones in the final.

Though they are both magnificent players, Allison has shown more ability to adapt to a new game than Karen.
