What happens if an IPT player does not go to Orlando?

I wondered what the penalty is if an IPT player who is not playing in the invitational does not show up to the event.
I see from other posts that it is mandatory to attend the whole event.

If Jimmy White, Quinten Hann, Johl Younger etc. do not make the trip are they kicked out of the tour.
If so is there an alternate list, and who are the first 32 players in order from 1-32 who will fill these players spots.

If Deno or the IPT posted the alternate list it would give those players a chance to maybe go to Orlando just in case they get in.
They would then be able to take part in the publicity shots etc.

This is the same reply I posted on another thread here:

Just to set the record straight - NOWHERE does it say players who don't show up forfeit their spots. I imagine a printed program is already being published with all 150 original selected players...we sent in our bios and pictures a while back. Someone surmised that players would lose their spots and then it took on a life of it's own from there. Maybe they will and maybe there will be fines as well (might make travel costs look better and better!), but as of now, we just don't know. If I hear anything else, I will be sure to let you know, assuming it is not confidential.

It has said in just about every communication that attendence is mandatory. Mandatory means that it is required of tour members. One can use their imaginations as to what happens if someone doesn't attend. That is about all I can say on the topic. Basically, I don't expect many, if any at all, to miss the event, becuase it is mandatory they be in attendence. I can't post the alternate list nor can I discuss the order of those alternates.

Sounds like the IPT will have some new members in November if they plan to keep 150 members!
