What is the lowest LD shaft from custom cuemakers?

As the title says, I'd like to ask your opinions about which custom cuemaker you think has the lowest deflection shaft? I am not asking about after market shaft like OB or Predator etc. I am asking about Black Boar, Southwest and/or the like. Tks

Depends on many factors. Shaft weight, taper, etc.....
