What is this cue?

i have this cue. i wonder if anyone knows anything about it. is it worth any dollar? also it has a slight woble about 8 inches from the tip. is it possible to straighten it? any feedback appreciated. thanks

how to straighten a cue

Yes it is possible to straighten it and no I can't do it! But there are a few here with the skill and know how.

P.S. If I remember correctly Manwon can do it.
