Ok, I already know what i'm going to do, but i'm up, there's squat on tv, i've watched all my dvr pool games, so i'm going to post a silly poll...here we go.

The Fargo billiards tournament is this week and Gene will be here with his perfect aiming system. After buying my new cue funds are very short so should I......

1. Skip the tournament and get a Perfect Aim lesson from Gene

....or.....

2. Play the tournament. You'll learn way more from that anyway!!

The answer is pretty much a duh!!!!...but like I said, i'm bored so now you guys have to suffer another poll because of it.

play in tournament...win tournament...get perfect aiming lesson after the tournament.

Hell yeah, play! A big tourney in your own home town? Play...and I'm jealous!

well, I will be playing the tournament. My money is best spent there, after all, I would rather my money go to a tournament at this great pool hall then to a traveling salesman.

What's your speed? Above a certain level, the aiming lesson would probably be a waste of time, whereas a tournament is never a waste of time, particularly at such a fine establishment.

If you skip the tournament and take the lesson you will in turn win several little tournaments in the area, get your money back, and be a much better shot maker. To call gene a traveling salesman is wrong, he is a pool player first, and giving back to pool with his lessons. TAKE THE LESSON.

So if your above a certain level you can't keep learning?

Take the lesson. You never get so good that you cant learn something that may improve your game.
