ok here it goes. i sold a cue to jjollie the 26 of jul. he told me he was sending the payment. i waited 5 days and nothing so i started sending him messages,
then i found out he had surgery,
it looks like he has been on this web site since then and i was trying to ask him if i should hold the cue for him. i got no answers.
i need to sell the cue to pay some bills . im only working about 3 days a week. i dont want to be a d..k. from what i hear his a good guy. what else can i do>?

I think you should sell the cue to me for 100.00 lol (JK). Seriously, if I was in that situation, I would send a PM stating your situation and that he needs to respond or you will move on. I would give him the benifit of the doubt and let him make the call. Life happens and situations change all the time. He may not have the money after he pays his bills. I know my dad was in the hospital for 3 weeks and the bill was 250k, and that was just for the hospital stay and not the two surgerys, tests, ect. Personaly, if I make an offer that is accepted by both partys, I do my best to see it through. This is not saying that you haven't.
 
You know its possible that jjollie forgot to turn his computer off, and so he is still loged on, but not at home, I know because I never turn mine off. I am the only person to touch mine, no one else is around to bother it, thats just one possibility, does anyone on here no how to reach him. Either way I hope it works out for you since you are pressed to sell the cue, times are hard for alot of people in this economey , On my way to work( I get all the crappy days no one else wants) I am glad its sunday only have to work till 3 pm instaed of 6or 7.Have a good day Azers! lex,as of thursday he was still in the hospital.i really don't think he's worrying about a cue he said he would buy.if it was me and i had a buyer i would sell it.i'm sure jj would understand.but thats just me.
 
Taking care of the family should be more then enough reason for him to understand why you needed to sell the cue ASAP. It sucks he is in the hospital and hopefully everything is okay, but he should understand the situation you are in.

Nobody will think wrong of you. Jim is a good guy...I have done many deals with him. He is sick and in the hospital...been there, done that. If you can sell the cue, relist it and sell it. I am sure that another cue is the least of Jim's concerns right now.

Move on ..

One thing I learned as a seller is the sale is never finalized until you got cash in the pocket ... unfortunately for various reasons there are many broken commitments and promises.
