Yesterday there was a Pete Ohmen (Omen cues) Listed on E-bay. I Don't think the auction was over yet. Doe's anyone know whats happened. I was going to bid on it, and today it is gone. Can they do this, There was no reserve on it.

I believe they must cancel all bids first then cancel it.Bamacues said:A lot of people will stop an auction like that when they feel they are going to take a beating on an item, even when they don't "reserve the right" to end it. They don't want to pay for a Reserve Price up front, and simply choose to end it. You often see these items relisted shortly afterwards.
BTW, I believe a lister can legitimately end an auction for pretty much any reason as long as they are outside the final 12 hour deadline.
