without even looking at the other thread you put on im guessing this is his two corner point kick and made it bend a little half way up table to get the hit?
And the shot comes up more often in 1p too, btw:

Amazing video. That was one of my two guesses since I've seen that shot attempted and failed in person. I think if you took any two pros and gave them fifty tries each with one shooting Kim's shot and the other shooting a masse' shot into the long rail the masse shooter would be a heavy favorite to get more hits.

I only think that because with the masse I am always coming close and even made two good hits in a row. It's not even a full masse. 45 degrees hit at a slow speed widens the angle tremendously.
It's close. Since you can't draw curved lines I imagine you know exactly the shot I like.
I wouldn't have even thought about that shot. The masse is possible, but unlikely. I might look at the possibility of tieing the 9 up with a ball down table (3 ball possibly), conceding the BIH, and hoping for the best. If that option isn't available I'd probably go at the masse.
